Warragul, Australia Through Life Physiotherapy Full time

**Description**

**If you are an experienced Pelvic Health / Women’s Health Physiotherapist who is seeking advanced clinical leadership without the boring admin and HR jobs, here are 8 reasons to contact us**:
1) Use and develop your clinical expertise, be paid well and avoid the arduous admin that goes with senior roles in other sectors.

2) Enjoy fabulous collegiality with a team of clinical leaders. Our senior physios each have 20+ years of experience and currently lead the team in Neuro, Vestibular, Paediatrics and Invisible Illnesses.

3) Through Life Physiotherapy was established in 2006 and has a strong reputation for Pelvic Health and Women’s Health physiotherapy in our local community. New patients contact us regularly through word of mouth and referrals. Our current women’s health team have waiting lists for pelvic health consults so any new team member will grow their client base quickly.

4) Our Clinical Exercise Groups are an integral part of caring for women. Over 16 years we have curated an exercise method that integrates Clinical Pilates, pelvic floor exercise, optimal exercise management for pelvic girdle pain, pregnancy and postnatal wellness and strength and balance for senior ladies. This keeps our 11 classes a week well attended, effective, relevant and fun.

5) Our Director Helen Lowe is a member of the teaching team of ‘Lactating Breast for Health Professionals’ course. Share your knowledge or learn more about breast care in this role.

6) We are well set up for pelvic and breast care. Our clinic is a beautiful environment with comfortable, private consulting rooms and a well equipped Clinical Pilates room for classes. We have ultrasound, real-time ultrasound, laser, estims and everything else you need for comprehensive pelvic and breast therapy.

7) We host students on placements and employ brilliant New Grads who are all a delight to mentor and teach. We are devoted to growing the skills of everyone in our team through weekly professional development in paid time.

8) We run a very efficient private practice, our patients are therefore well looked after. Our receptionists and allied health assistants are super helpful, so as physios, we can focus on the important parts of our work.

This is a new role in our growing team. Our director Helen Lowe is seeking clinical leaders to join the team, as this dynamic and varied practice would benefit from another experienced therapist to develop the pelvic health and breast health physio service.

Award rates for grade 2 year one is currently $33.05 per hour and grade 3 year one is $38.58 we pay a base rate well above that, but also have an excellent bonus system so hard working senior clinicians can earn more than $70 per hour. All paid leave entitlements also apply.

We welcome Full-time or Part-time Physios (minimum 10 hours a week) with the right skill set and passion.

Don't be put off by a country location. You can avoid the Melbourne traffic It is an easy, beautiful drive to work; 30 min from Pakenham or 45 min from Narre Warren or 1 hour from Chadstone. Better still relocate to our gorgeous thriving town that has amazing sports, arts, cafe and education communities. It is still only 1.5 hours drive into the heart of Melbourne.
