**The Opportunity**

Amplar Health delivers a range of national integrated healthcare service for a number of Government and non government clients. We provide access to quality healthcare with over 3 million interactions per annum across Telehealth, Homecare and the prevention programs

The Project Lead will take a proactive approach to identifying and developing continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the implementation of projects across all health services clients. This will involve helping to deliver on contractual project obligations, new models of care and services or operational efficiencies as well as identifying innovative solutions for client or future clients potential issues.

**Day to day this role will see you**:

- Identifying process and governance gaps and delivering and assisting in the implementation of creative, commercially focussed solutions.
- Delivery of the project outcomes and product development.
- Co-ordinating tasks for projects and working closely with various stakeholders and senior managers to embed improved processes.
- Supporting the Senior Execs, Heads of business lines and Relationship Managers in the implementation of new processes by providing expert knowledge and advice for implementation.
- Monitoring KPI performance post project delivery and providing strategic solutions to increasing performance and efficiency of the programs.
- Taking time out to recharge - you might hit the pavement for a walking meeting with a colleague, pop out to a lunchtime gym class or take a mid morning meditation break.

We don’t go for mandated office attendance days, so you get to decide if your day is best spent working from home or heading into the office (you’ll need to come in for our team days and events though).

**What do we need from you?**

First and foremost, you’ll need to have significant demonstrated experience working within the health industry combined with strong commercial acumen. Project management experience is ideal, however exposure to product design or implementation of new services will also be highly regarded. You will have the confidence and credibility to provide advice to and influence senior stakeholders, so its essential that you have excellent communication skills and can drive outcomes. You’ll be managing multiple pieces of work and stakeholder needs at any one time and need to be comfortable working autonomously in doing this.
