**Responsibilities**:
**Your Role**

Under the guidance of the operations manager, you will be entrusted with:

- Setting up and optimising company pages within each social media platform - LinkedIn, FB, Youtube, IG, TIKTOK, Pinterest
- Prepare, design + publish content to enhance connections and encourage community member growth and engagement on a daily basis
- Oversee, plan and deliver innovative content across different platforms
- Create editorial calendars and syndication into schedules
- Manage the digital impact by retrieving, organising and distributing social media analytics
- Foster client relationships by monitoring office reviews including google, RMA, REA, DOMAIN
- Create and edit e-communications using tools such as Agentbox, surveymonkey, mailchimp
- Conceptually plan, assist and manage marketing events
- Collaborate with sales and property management departments

**We seek an individual with**:

- High proficiency and exceptional knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to analyse and understand the SEO analytics
- Real Estate industry experience is a bonus, but not a requirement
- Passion and flair for social media and the digital world
- Critical and creative thinker with great communication skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box

This is a full time role located in our Maroubra office. Not suitable for freelance or remote work.
