We are now accepting applications from candidates who are looking to work alongside an industry leading Sales Agent in the McGrath network. This position is a pivotal support role and will provide you with an opportunity to expand your real estate skills and experience.
Key Duties
- Preparing listing presentations and marketing proposals
- Coordinating agent marketing campaigns across digital, social and print platforms
- Coordinating and attending marketing shoot appointments
- Liaising with the marketing team and clients to coordinate property marketing material
- Attending property appointments which include buyer inspections, building and pest reports & valuations.
- Coordinate social media content and administration across social platforms
- Updating database and CRM platforms
- Invoicing and tracking commissions
- Delivering client gifts and marketing collateral
- Coordinating and attending open homes to support the sales team when required
- Managing and organizing main agent calendar
- Draft, review, sort and send emails on agents behalf
- Answer, make and return calls on agents behalf
- Book meeting rooms
- General filing, scanning etc
- Compiling market research and industry information
- Maintain various records and documents
- Manage internal compliance requirements
- Assist in managing the team's KPI's and reporting
Skills & Experience
- Well presented with excellent communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Tech savvy with good Microsoft office skills
- Be proactive in your work with a positive attitude
- Able to adapt to changing and fast-paced circumstances
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a small team environment
- Own vehicle, a clean driver's licence & Current NSW Certificate of Registration are essential for this role
