Respond to client inquiries, providing tailored travel advice and recommendations based on preferences, budget, and destination requirements.
- Suggest itineraries, travel routes, and options for accommodation, tours, transport, and insurance.
- Provide information and literature on local attractions, tours, and cultural customs.
- Research, prepare, and manage bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy in dates, pricing, and travel documentation.
- Use booking systems (e.g. HomHero) to issue confirmations, itineraries, and pre-arrival documents.
- Make and confirm reservations for accommodation and transport connections (bus, plane, ship, train).
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and re-bookings while minimising disruption for clients.
- Process payments, invoices, and issue client vouchers.
- Maintain accurate client records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
