**About The Role**

Lumify Learn delivers in-demand IT training and certifications that get students job-ready. With Australia needing 300,000 more tech workers by 2030 (ACS), we’re on a mission to help close this gap, one student at a time.

We’re looking for an energetic, values-driven Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our programs and create an exceptional learning experience for every student.

In this pivotal role, you’ll drive operational excellence, streamline processes, uphold compliance, and keep our programs running smoothly. You’ll also inspire a high-performing team, empowering them through clear communication, coaching, and recognition, all while living Lumify Learn’s purpose and values.

RTO experience is a plus, but not essential. If you’re an operations leader from a service-based industry (sales, customer service, insurance, or banking) with strong leadership and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the smooth running of our training programs, making sure students have a seamless experience from enrolment to completion, 1300 active students, with 120 onboarded every month.
- Look for smarter, more efficient ways to manage day-to-day operations and improve how we deliver training, utilising Jira and AI (including ChatGPT)
- Keep our programs compliant and up to date with RTO and industry standards, without losing focus on the student experience
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of approx. 15 people (direct and indirect reports) bringing empathy, clarity, and emotional intelligence to your interactions

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams across training, operations, or support functions
- Background in scaling operations and managing complex workflows under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Deep understanding of operational leadership principles in fast-paced, high-volume customer environments.
