PHYX Newcastle is a physio-led Pilates and movement studio committed to sustainable, strength-focused training in a supportive, community-first environment. We offer small group sessions, combining expert guidance with a personalised approach that helps clients build strength, move better, and feel empowered.

We’re currently looking for a confident and experienced **Pilates Instructor** trained in both **reformer and mat Pilates**to join our team.

**Shifts Available**:

- **Wednesday**: 4:30pm - 7:00pm
- **Friday**: 6:00am - 8:00am
- **Option to pick up additional casual shifts**, including a **Saturday morning on a 6-week rotation**

Ideally, we’re after someone who can cover both core shifts, but we’re open to the right person for either.

**Your Role**:

- Teach small group Pilates sessions
- Deliver both reformer-based and mat classes
- Modify exercises to suit individual client needs and abilities
- Foster a welcoming, encouraging, and professional class atmosphere

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Qualified in Pilates (both reformer and mat)
- Friendly, professional demeanour and strong communication skills
- Ability to support a wide range of clients, including those with injuries
- A passion for functional movement and mindful strength training

Pay: $33.37 - $57.92 per hour
