**Job Description**:
**What will your day look like?**

As a customer retention specialist, you will answer inbound calls from existing Telstra customers. Utilising your customer service and problem solving skills, you will engage customers and build rapport to discover their lifestyle needs and provide expert advice on a variety of products

**About you;**
- Ability to work full time: 38 hours a week on a rotating roster between 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Monday - Friday - no weekends
