IT Coordinator required for a small organisation for a 6 month contract based in Perth.

**Duties-**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Service Desk and Applications teams.
- Management of Application and Service Desk team personnel, providing direction, guidance and effective people management
- Supporting the Application and Service Desk teams during a M365 Implementation project
- Coordination of incidents and service requests

**Required skills/experience for the role-**
- Experience in managing a small team and being the escalation point for incidents/requests.
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certified (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with various IT and non-technical stakeholders.
