We are currently seeking Arabic Speaking Support Workers to join our client’s team across Southwest Sydney & Inner-City areas.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support client with everyday living e.g. personal care, washing, cleaning, laundry, preparing and cooking meals, shopping, etc
- Facilitate community inclusion and participation based on client’s needs and preferences
- Assist with client’s physical and mobility requirements
- Demonstrate positive and professional behaviour
- Must be available for casual hours.
- Promote and facilitate person-centered care
- Ensure the wellbeing and safety of the clients and perform duty of care.
- Follow policies and procedures.
- Working across a 24/7 roster

**REQUIREMENTS ARE**:

- Certificate III/IV in disability or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience
- Arabic speaking is essential.
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Have current First Aid Certificate & CPR
- Have driver license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Empathy, respectful and integrity
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- First Aid Certificate
- Working With Children Check

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
