Assistant Brand Manager | Bras N Things | Pyrmont

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Assistant Brand Manager to join the Bras N Things Marketing team. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Brand Manager to deliver the Bras N Things marketing and brand plan for Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and America. Key responsibilities include supporting all major brand campaigns across all regions, supporting all brand shoots, calendar management, budget management, being a key contact for our Community partner, signage rollout, and support with the US.

**Major responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
Supporting the execution of major brand campaigns across all touch points
Assisting with seasonal fashion shoots and rollout of assets with continuous improvement
Supporting social media shoots for paid ads and social platforms
Management of store development, new store openings and refurbishments

**Working closely with our external agencies**: PR, Copywriting, and Creative
Key contact for our Community partner
Administration of budgets and invoicing

What experience do I have?

Some Brand/Marketing experience would be great (retail or agency preferred)
Knowledge of supporting campaigns/projects development cycle from strategic development, through to implementation and evaluation of outcomes
Experience working with agencies and briefing campaigns
Previous work on campaign/creative shoots would be helpful in this role
High degree of Excel proficiency and powerpoint
Proactive with a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Engaging communicator who can work up and down the business, in cross functional teams, and with agencies
Commercially aware and a creative thinker, aware of trends & best in class advertising
