**The Service**

**KU Padstow **is located in a beautiful parkland location with its own car park. We have a beautiful and expansive outdoor area to complement our spacious indoor environment. Our service is well resourced with a vast array of materials and equipment to supplement our play-based learning program.

Our playground is designed to allow children to explore nature and discover the natural environment. We want children to be able to dig in the mud, climb trees, discover and learn about insects and enjoy connecting with nature. The many activities we offer enable children to immerse themselves in the natural elements of their surroundings and feel inspired to create, imagine and play.

**The **Role**

We are looking for a Child Care Educator with a Certificate III qualification in Children's Services who values partnering with families, is keen to further develop their skills and wants to join a passionate, capable and dedicated team.

The ideal applicant will be a strong team player, flexible and can build and maintain positive relationships with children and families.

**The Crib role opportunity would suit an educator looking for part time work during school hours/term 10:30-2.30pm, Monday to Friday on permanent basis, flexibility with time can be arranged for suitable applicant.**

**To be considered for this role, it is essential you have**:

- A recognised Certificate III in Children's Services qualification or similar as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA)
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Work rights to enable you to work in Australia
- Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
- Professional level of written and verbal communication skills
- Current knowledge of Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
