**The Opportunity**

Are you a go-getter with a passion for customer service and an interest in property or sales? Join Stockland as a Sales Associate in our Banksia community in Armstrong Creek. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to kickstart your career in residential property sales, working closely with experienced professionals and learning on the ground.

This role is full time 5 days per week (including weekends) with 2 consecutive days off during the week.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Supporting the Sales Professional across all stages of the customer journey
- Providing exceptional customer service and care
- Keeping customers informed about releases, promotions, and events
- Maintaining and updating Salesforce
- Assisting with weekend display operations (10am-5pm every weekend, with RDOs during the week)

**To be successful in this role you**:

- Have some experience in customer service, sales support or administration
- Are confident, proactive, and eager to learn
- Are comfortable working weekends and in a customer-facing environment
- Have experience or interest in property, ideally with exposure to builders, developers, display villages or similar
- Are tech-savvy or familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and have reliable transport
