**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the maintenance of student records and reporting in the CRM and Student Information System (Salesforce, StudyLink, Navigate and Banner).
- Collection and organisation of student documents for enrolment
- Completing the end-to-end enrolment process including issuing the Confirmation of Enrolments via PRISMS
- Provide expert guidance on entry requirements, visa compliance, and academic qualifications, utilizing resources such as **NOOSR, UK ECCTIS**, and relevant international assessment frameworks.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by the business.

**Qualifications**
- ** 2-3 years of experience** in admissions, preferably in the higher education sector.
- Strong knowledge of **PRISMS** and international student admissions processes.
- Experience working with **CRM systems** (Salesforce or StudyLink preferred) and student databases.
- Understanding of **Australian visa compliance regulations**, including **Genuine Student (GS)** requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail in **data entry, document verification**procedures.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, agents, market managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex admissions cases.
- Ability to work **independently and collaboratively** in a fast-paced environment.
