**What we need**

OneCare The Manor currently has a Full Time position available for a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Services Supervisor to lead our Hospitality Team at our Kings Meadows facility.

**What will you do?**

Reporting to the Regional Operational Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to;
- Effectively lead the Hospitality Services and Domestic Services Team, and participate in the delivery of recruitment, probation, staff development and training.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with Consumers
- Respond to and escalate consumer feedback where necessary to the Regional Operational Services Manager.
- Maintain knowledge across contemporary accreditation standards and other regulatory requirements across Catering, Cleaning and Laundry departments.
- Maintain full compliance with all Food Safety Legislation for the safe production of food, ensuring HACCP (Hazard analysis Critical Control Points) and recommended GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Principles) and GHP’s (Good Hygiene Practices) are adhered to by production and food service staff.
- Identify and promote a continuous improvement environment and provide feedback to the Regional Operational Services Manager, for improvement initiatives
- Support the Chef Supervisor and Regional Operational Services Manager to ensure the Hospitality Team and Domestic Services Team meet best practice standards and conduct regular reviews
- In conjunction with the Regional Operational Services Manager, supports the rostering requirements for the Hospitality and Domestic Teams, including the coverage of leave

**What you bring to the role**
- Minimum Certificate 3 Commercial Cookery
- 2 years leadership or supervisory experience
- A current Driver’s License.
- Working with Vulnerable People Registration with NDIS Endorsement
- Up to date Covid-19 Vaccinations, including Booster
- Experience in an Aged Care, Community Service of Not for Profit Sector (desirable)
