Bistro Supervisor

**About Us**

Kings Beach Surf Club, situated overlooking the iconic Kings Beach Pool, is known for its quality meals, great customer service and amazing views. The Club is currently seeking an experienced Bistro Supervisor to join the team, on a Permanent Part Time basis.

This role reports to the Operations Manager and will manage the day to day operations for the Bistro. The position will ensure efficient restaurant service and maintain high levels of customer service, monitor and control department KPI’s, and conduct staff training and development.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

This position requires flexible work hours including; nights, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.

**Essential Criteria**
- Hospitality experience in a similar role.
- Current QLD RSA (essential).
- Current drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle.

Pay: $33.96 - $47.55 per hour
