**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

Prepare and present high-end documentation for large scale Multi-residential, Senior Living, and Commercial projects while having the opportunity to learn how these buildings are designed and delivered. Liaise with consultants, developing your communication and coordination skills. If you are passionate about construction and the delivery of each project, this position is perfect for you

**DUTIES.**
- Attend client meetings and site visits
- Prepare detailed, high-quality documentation on DA and CC stages
- Implement Australian Building Codes and Regulations
- Coordinate with consultants and ensure a seamless delivery of the project

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture or TAFE in Building Design
- High proficiency with Revit
- Previous experience in a technical role is required
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to deliver projects
