Due to ongoing growth, our client now has opportunities for an experienced warehouse supervisor to join their Dandenong South site. You will have overall responsibility for overseeing the operation in the warehouse, as well as leading your team and driving improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth running of warehouse operations in a safe and efficient manner
- Actively participate in the development & improvement of current processes within the warehouse.
- Training, mentoring and development of staff members through high engagement, support and communication.
- Managing inventory levels including coordinating cycle counts and stock takes
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Safe operation of the unit, compliance with health requirements and protection of environment - adhering to the 5S standards
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of 5 warehouse operators

**Required Skill and Experience**:

- Warehouse principles (5S)
- Warehouse and/or Logistics Management/Supervisor experience; MS Office, Material handling
- Forklift License
- Proficient in MS Excel
- First Aid (Desirable)
- Chemical or packaging background is an advantage
- Ability to work with Dangerous goods
