Our Mornington studio is on the hunt for a rockstar Studio Manager to join and lead our team. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be part of an innovative concept, a fitness role like no other

When you're instructing, you’re not just someone who guides a class, you COMMAND the room You're the motivator, multitasker, and hold a STRONG presence.

You have the following skills and level of experience:

- Minimum Cert 3/4 in Fitness/Dance or a Pilates qualification (higher qualifications desirable)
- Up to date First Aid & CPR
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing a fitness studio, including coaching/ mentoring other instructors
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to motivate members and develop STRONG relationships with our community
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Passion, enthusiasm & genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of others
- Excellent attention to detail

**What is the STRONG Academy?**

STRONG Academy involves 7 workshops spread over a 2-3 weekend course, to teach you all the in's and out's of what it takes to be a STRONG Instructor. Our Master Trainers will take you through the STRONG cueing method + language, we will cover all STRONG exercises, personality and stage presence, STRONG tech including lights, tv's and mic as well as a row workshop with our professional row coach to learn the correct rowing technique and teach you how to coach rowing like a pro
