About the role
The Work Safety and Wellbeing Advisor (Fit Testing) will deliver a high level, professional occupational health and safety service to management and staff within the West Moreton Health Service.
This position will support and enable West Moreton Health (WMH) to deliver on the requirements of the Respiratory Protection Program (RPP).

- Continuous Learning - Implements and plans ways to improve their skills across all skills sets, identifying gaps and seeking appropriate interventions and input from others.
- Continuous Improvement - Proactively searches, analyses, and makes recommendations for incremental improvements in the way work is carried out.
- Problem Solving - Integrating mental processes to provide solutions to specific situations meeting organisational or task needs.
- Work Values - Ensures that others uphold the values of WMH in the workplace across their team and the system.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
