**About The Position**

Reporting to the Engineering and Quality Assurance Manager, you will maintain and enhance the Quality Management System to ISO 9001 standards.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that quality management systems are consistent with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to production teams on ISO 9001 compliance requirements.
- Perform audits against ISO 9001 standard on all process areas within the organisation.
- Facilitate investigation into quality issues
- Undertake data analysis of trial and production work, and other investigations (as required) as evidence to support any recommendations for improvements.
- Report/make recommendations to senior management from the results of the trial work.
- Identify and analyse issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Close out Quality-related CIOs once a review of the corrective/preventive actions has been deemed satisfactory.
- Provide guidance to other departments where required to assist in the achievement of Quality objectives.
- Review of Production Specifications to ensure information is correct as required

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
