**The Role**

Reporting to the Site Manager, the working shift supervisor will be responsible for a range of operational tasks to deliver a high-quality standard of work to this major shopping centre based in Geelong. **The role is Wednesday & Thursday 5pm-1.06am, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9pm
- 5.06am,**

Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting and supervising a team of cleaners.
- Rostering and working to agreed schedules.
- Training and development of new and existing staff
- Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests (e.g. spills etc.)
- Responding to the needs of the client (customer service)
- Conducting routine audits and quality checks
- Overseeing workloads, work outcomes and standards
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures

**About You**
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Extensive experience within the cleaning industry
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
- Current, valid Australian driver's license
- Confident communication skills
- The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- A strong customer service focus and attention to detail
- A great work ethic and not afraid to get their hands dirty

**Salary**: $24.87 - $49.74 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- GEELONG, VIC 3220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (required)
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
