They are looking for a talented MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, so as to maximise the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets

**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the with strategic direction of the hotel brand and effectively develop, manage and execute the communications and marketing activity for the Hotel.
- assist in the implementation of the hotel’s Marketing Communications Strategy
- assist with establishing annual marketing communications budgets, that will form part of the hotel’s business plan
- establish an annual and fully integrated communications programme with measurable objectives, strategies and action steps
- work closely with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communications needs

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Previous marketing experience within a hotel environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Forward thinking planning & effective teamwork skills
- Excellent negotiation & organisational skills
