**About the role**
As our **Clinical Services Manager**, you’ll lead the clinical transformation across aged care services and key programs, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll take a** hands-on** **and** **strategic approach**, influencing governance, driving business growth, and uplifting clinical capability through effective leadership.
This leadership role reports to the Director of Operations and involves engagement with Board sub-committees, giving you influence over clinical governance and strategic decision-making.
**Duties**
- Lead and oversee clinical governance, compliance, and risk management across aged care services.
- Provide hands-on clinical leadership and mentoring, including review and approval of care plans, medication management, wound care protocols, infection control, and allied health interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate clients’ health outcomes and respond proactively to clinical risks and concerns.
- Implement & evaluate the Ageing Well Model of Care and Clinical Governance Framework across Benevolent Aged Care Services.
- Contribute to strategic planning, tender preparation, and expansion into new service streams.

**Skills and Requirements**
- **Current Australian Health Professional Registration Authority (AHPRA) registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse.**:
- **Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in the aged care sector.**:
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to drive operational efficiencies and align team objectives with strategic business goals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of person-centred care models.
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide teams through change and inspire high performance.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and best practice.
- Highly experienced in Aged Care Services with deep knowledge of clinical governance.
- Strong time management skills including managing multiple deadlines.
- Current driver’s licence
