We are delighted to support them in finding a suitably qualified OHS professional to join their collaborative and supportive team based in the inner East suburbs of Melbourne.

**About you -**

General
- Current drivers license

Educational/Vocational
- Minimum Diploma of OHS
- Certificate IV in training and assessment desirable

Experience
- At least 3 years hands-on internal consultancy experience in large multi-site organisations
- Healthcare, or a mix of Engineering, Cleaning, Food services experience, is highly desirable
- Working within an OHS management system framework
- Developing and reviewing OHS policies, procedures and other documentation
- Facilitating WHS development sessions

Knowledge
- Good understanding of OHS physical and psychosocial risks and their management
- Well-developed influencing skills focussing on positive reinforcement
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
