Now Hiring: Experienced Support Workers - Campbelltown Region (Male & Female)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others?

We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate and experienced Male and Female Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities in the Campbelltown area.

About the Role:

- Provide person-centred support in the home and community
- Assist participants with daily living skills, emotional regulation, social engagement and goal achievement
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families and teams
- Support participants to attend appointments, programs and community activities

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities (e.g. mental health, trauma, dual diagnosis)

✔ Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice

✔ A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (travel required between clients)

✔ Confidence in managing complex behaviours

✔ Clear and timely documentation skills

✔ Commitment to participant choice, dignity and recovery-focused care

**Requirements**:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check

First Aid & CPR (up to date)

National Police Check

Minimum Cert III in Disability, Mental Health, or equivalent
