**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated individual who is available to work on Mondays, with additional flexible days throughout the week. This role requires a minimum commitment of 22 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Handling inbound calls and delivering exceptional customer service to both current and prospective customers.
- Providing accurate and detailed product information while efficiently updating customer records.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, always striving for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to ongoing personal and team development.
- Be flexible with working hours, including availability between 8 am and 6 pm and occasional public holidays.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Previous experience in customer service (call centre, office, retail, or hospitality backgrounds are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
- Familiarity with Customer Management Systems/Databases.
- Proven teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred previous experience in a Contact Centre environment.
