We’re looking for a dynamic Front of House Manager to take the reins of both our day and evening operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage the team, support smooth service, and help shape the future of our busy local eatery.

About the role:

- Lead day-to-day operations of both the cafe and evening service
- Manage and support kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Take ownership of coffee and bar service, including menu development and service standards
- Responsible for rostering, training, and staff development
- Implement operational processes to ensure smooth service
- Hire and onboard new team members
- Collaborate with the chef-owner, who understands the dynamics of day and evening service
- Supported by a dedicated daytime assistant for check-ins

About you:

- Strong experience in hospitality, with proficiency in both barista and bar skills
- Confident managing day and evening operations
- Skilled in leading coffee and bar service
- Organized, proactive, and able to implement systems and processes
- Enjoys leading a team and fostering a positive, customer-focused environment
- Excited to take ownership of your space and shape the growth of our evening service

Hours & Benefits:

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
