- **Permanent**Full-time position located in** Bayswater**:

- Your shifts will be on a monthly rotating roster with **76/76 fortnightly split**:

- You will support our 4 customers with their daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach
- Have experience within disability, including experience with Stoma Management and managing Complex Behaviours of Concern.
- Manage a small staff team and related services, including ensuring effective roster management (budgetary and human resources)
- Be strategic in your thinking about how to improve your service and contribute to changes that positively affect your service
- Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an ever-changing environment
- **A Certificate IV in Disability (**or equivalence**) is required for this role**:

- **A Full Victorian Drivers Licence is required for this role**

**We act bravely**

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

- Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
