As a Delivery Lead in our Non-Financial Risk Projects team, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering complex regulatory and risk programs of work across the business. You will collaborate with Banking and Wealth Product Teams, Technology, Legal/Compliance, Line 2 Risk and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.- What you offer
- Experience in project delivery and governance in the financial services industry. Experience delivering regulatory and/or risk projects is valuable.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and deliver effective solutions
- A proactive approach to planning, managing deadlines and juggling multiple tasks concurrently, with an ability to prioritise effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including product, technology, legal/compliance and line 2 risk
- Strong facilitation and communication skillsExperience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian toolkit (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is beneficial.
