Our client, based in Emu Plains, deals with high end clients and you will be involved in making things happen. Are you the “make things happen” kinda person?

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Answering Phones
- Prepare quotes and formal documents
- Maintain and distribute project documents
- Assist project managers with contacting and liaising with clients, keeping both parties informed of progress of works.
- Keeping track of, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Administration duties as required
- Enter information into Sydney Water E-developer System (training will be provided)
- Coordinating site inspections between contractors and Sydney Water
- Filling in for other staff when on leave
- Assist other staff in times of overload as requested
- Undertake all works in a safe manner and report any unsafe work practices to management
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Other reasonable requests made by management

**Ideally you will have**:

- Previous administration experience in a project management environment
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn the way that things are currently managed
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your work
- Good phone manner.
- Great communication skills, dealing with fellow co-workers, clients, constructors, Sydney Water, and project managers from other companies.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Programs, including Office and PDF Creator

**Personal Attributes that will be required**:

- You must be organised and have an attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure at times.
- Be a self-starter and show initiative.
- The ability to fit into a varied team environment, with people of various personalities and disciplines.

**Good to Know**:

- The hours are 8am - 4.30pm with ½ hour lunch on Mon - Thursday, 8am to 3pm with 1 hour lunch on Friday.
- A monthly BBQ or Pub lunch
- Social Trivia Nights or bingo
- Team drinks some Friday afternoon.
