APRA has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist who enjoys client contact and working in a professional environment within the Enterprise Services Division (ESD). This role is to act as the first point of contact for guests to APRA and with all matters relating to reception.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

- Meeting and greeting of internal and external clients and operating the telephone switchboard
- Collect, sort, and distribute, mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
- Issue access passes and maintain the security database
- Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Managing time and prioritising workload, assisting with admin tasks as needed
- Clear dissemination of relevant information and issues through appropriate channels
- Support interstate office receptions
