**The Opportunity**

We’re seeking a commercially astute and experienced finance professional to join our Energy & Utilities (E&U) division as the **Head of Reporting and FP&A**.
This is a pivotal leadership role reporting to the Financial Controller - E&U and working closely with the EGM of Finance, COO E&U and General Manager Finances across multiple lines of business. Based in Sydney, you’ll lead a small high-performing team and oversee all reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis activities.

You’ll also play a key role in developing and standardising financial reporting and analysis across a diverse portfolio of design, build, operate and maintain projects on critical assets and utilities networks.

**What You’ll Do**

In this role, you will:

- Lead and oversee the full financial reporting cycle (management, statutory and audit deliverables)
- Manage budgeting and forecasting across the E&U division and support financial insight through variance analysis and performance reviews
- Partner with senior executives to drive commercial outcomes through timely, accurate and strategic financial information
- Coordinate ERP and reporting structures (OneStream, SAP, JDEGs) for consistent reporting and business insights
- Guide and support a small team and contribute to capability development and operational integration across business lines

**What We’re Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Commerce; CA or CPA essential
- Proven success in leading reporting and FP&A functions in large, complex environments
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of statutory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams through change and growth
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (preferably OneStream, SAP, JDEGs)
