Open 3 days a week, Friday lunch and evening, Saturday lunch and evening and Sunday lunch. Offering wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, pasta, antipasto and desserts.

Friday and Saturday nights are our concert lounge nights with excellent live music.

We are looking for a focused **Bartender** with an outgoing friendly and professional personality. The successful applicant will be genuinely excited about creating cocktails, wine and customer service.

We constantly strive to improve the food and wine culture in the dining room and we need a hands-on Bartender to help continue the growth within our already successful Italian restaurant.

What we need from you:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Happy and outgoing personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Provide and deliver excellent customer service
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- To demonstrate a pro-active and hands on approach
- Weekend and public holidays are must
- Current RSA certificate
- Ability to travel independently as no public transport available.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $39.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
