Bartender

Tokar Estate is a family owned, boutique winery in the heart of the Yarra Valley. We are seeking a passionate bartender for our busy restaurant, featuring Yarra Valley wines, local beers and premium cocktails, along with an extensive museum wine list.

You must be able to perfectly prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, from mixing classic favourites with perfection to curating something new and interesting to try for our guests

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring all glassware is clean and polished prior to use and that correct glassware is used for each beverage served
- Keeping the bar clean and well-organized, along with ensuring it is always fully stocked
- General bar work including taking orders, making beverages and customer service
- Processing payments with accuracy

**You will have**:

- Sound wine knowledge, particularly of the Yarra Valley region
- In depth cocktail and spirit knowledge
- Barista experience with exceptional coffee making skills including latte art
- Solid front of house experience
- A genuine love for hospitality and creating a memorable customer experience
- A positive attitude and outgoing personality
- A current RSA certificate
- Own transport

**Salary**: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
