The Engagement & Delivery Consultant is a part of the Monash Talent Team. Monash Talent specialise in assisting students and graduates to engage with industry and last year helped over 2,000 students gain work experience and employment. We are successful because we develop strong external relationships and understand how we can help businesses realise their potential, and achieve their people/diversity strategies.

**About your next role**:
We are looking for an Engagement & Delivery Consultant to join our Monash Talent Team.

**Your background and experience**:
Your recent experience in a similar environment will see you hit the ground running. You are proactive,confident and passionate about assisting graduates to find rewarding careers. Ideally you will have:

- Experience in recruitment, student services or the tertiary education sector (desirable)
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and problem solve challenging situations
- Ability to deliver to targets and objectives
