**The Opportunity**

We're searching for a Delivery Lead to join our supportive team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our SAP & Voice projects, leading the charge from planning and scheduling to delivery and ongoing enhancements.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including defining deliverable scope, milestones, and timelines
- Managing the budget and resources of delivery, including task allocation and ensuring the deliverable stays on track
- Working closely with SAP Functional / Technical consultants and/or Contact Centre engineers to ensure correct JIRA adherence and timely updates of work items/artifacts
- Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalating when needed
- Management and tracking cross cross-team/squad dependencies
- Key member to Quarterly planning process, ART Refinement sessions, and various Hub planning sessions to represent the SAP & Voice Teams
- Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress
- Represent SAP or Voice in Medibank Forums in relation to prioritised work and progress

**Your experience will include**:

- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Ability to plan, resource, initiate and delivery technology development tasks
- Ability to deliver high standards under mínimal supervision
- Ability to communicate complicated concepts in simple language and translate requirements into measurable outcomes
- Experience and ability to work on multiple concurrent projects, deliverables and tasks
- Experience working in large project groups and conducting formal workshops involving multiple parties

Previous experience with delivering SAP projects is highly desirable.
