Our friendly and business-savvy Annandale family is seeking a reliable, kind and proactive Nanny to join their busy household. While the primary focus will be caring for the baby; managing their schedule, naps, bottle-feeding, playtime, walks, and outings to local playgroups as the baby grows - helping with both children’s evening routines will be great - including bathing them both. During nap time, the role will ideally consist of light household duties such as tidying play areas, laundry, and meal prep for the children to help with the smooth running of the household.

As a family, they enjoy cooking together, and walking to the park, as well as diving into the wonderful world of story books. The family would love to find someone who can support the occasional ad hoc weekends while they run their business and at times when the dad travels for work.
On the odd occasion, you might need to pick up the toddler from daycare with the family car. They are looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into the family, bring positive energy, and connect with both children; supporting the growth and development, promoting healthy habits around the house and being a positive long-term role model.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Organizing and planning creative and educational activities
- Building a strong relationship with the family
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
- Managing basic household chores
- Maintaining all aspects of the care routine for the child
- Assist in cooking for the children
- Providing ad hoc support for occasional weekends

To apply, you MUST have the following experience, attitude, and qualifications:

- A minimum of 3+ years of full-time experience working with children in Australia
- A minimum of 2 Australian-based child-related references
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current National Criminal Record Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- A valid driver’s license
- Non-smoker/Vaper
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working with children: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- Full Driver Licence (required)
