**About the role**:
Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking the support of an experienced Data Analyst to join our accomplished team based in either QLD, NSW or Vic at the respective EP Depot. That is:
Vic: Melbourne Airport, NSW: Bungarribee or Qld: Larapinta.

As Data Analyst Inventory you will be responsible for providing analytical insights into the movement of our equipment, while also ensuring the accuracy of data related to our pallets and cages entered in 2IC system. You will ensure compliance with the returnable packaging process and assist in validation. The analyst also reviews and reports on all equipment movements in the monthly pallet reconciliation and communicates with customers on aged balances.

**Primary skills and responsibilities**:

- Enhance and develop reporting insights of the utilisation of our equipment across our network.
- Complying with control procedures for hired equipment (pallets & cages) Identifying and reporting instances of non-conformance.
- Comply with written procedures involved with the physical movement of hire equipment in or out of Team Global Express sites.
- Verify pallet data in 2IC on a daily basis and to produce daily batch reports, verifying accuracy of data entry.
- Reviewing and reporting on all equipment hire and movements in the monthly pallet reconciliation.
- Audit the counting and recording of pallets off the consignment notes, MDTS, LPA’s, PCD’s, run sheets, manifest and transfer dockets.
- Ensure that all duties within the department are covered when leave is taken.
- To complete tasks as set out by the manager/supervisor
