**The Position**:
As a Life Claims Assessor in the group claims team, you can expect to be performing the following tasks:

- Managing and assess a portfolio of Group IP and TPD psychological and physical claims
- Day to day liaison with doctors, rehabilitation providers, legal professionals and advisers
- Initiating claims investigations
- Requesting medical and financial information
- Making claim decisions according to your authority level

**About You**:

- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a Life Claims Assessor in either Group or Retail
- Experience in assessing Income Protection [IP] and Total and Permanent Disability [TPD] claims.
- You will have a passion for mental health and wellbeing.
- High attention to detail, resilient and empathetic
