We have an immediate opportunity for a Assistant Service Manager to join our Hino Truck Dealership, located in Nerang, Gold Coast.

About the Role:
As the Assistant Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy service department. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the workshop, deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, and lead a dynamic team of technicians and service advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with managing daily service operations and workflow in the workshop
- Provide leadership and support to the service team, fostering a positive and productive environment
- Coordinate service bookings, scheduling, and workshop efficiency
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high standard of service and communication
- Support service administration, including warranty processing and invoicing
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality, safety, and profitability

What we're looking for:

- Experience in a similar role within the automotive, transport, or heavy vehicle industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Sound mechanical knowledge of trucks or heavy vehicles (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
