We are seeking experienced and influential senior leaders for Deputy Commissioner roles in the ATO’s Frontline Operations Group. As part of the senior executive team, you will work together as one Frontline Operations to strengthen the integrity of the tax and super systems while providing efficient and effective taxpayer service.

As a **Deputy** **Commissioner** in **Frontline Operations**, you’ll play an important role in leading the strategic design, planning and delivery of critical frontline operations on behalf of the ATO for all segments of the community. You will influence the behaviour of taxpayers and support improved registration, lodgment and payment outcomes.

You will lead large and diverse teams, be focused on performance, adept at change management, and passionate about improving the experience for taxpayers. You’ll implement programs and provide assurance to drive improved tax, superannuation, and registry system performance.

You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with your peers, and across the broader APS, to deliver organisational outcomes and meet government commitments.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Burnie, Canberra, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt or Wollongong.
