**About the role**:
We currently have a permanent part time position in **Bell Post Hill** available for **34** hours per fortnight beginning in October.

In the capacity of a Therapeutic Residential Support Worker, you will support children/young people with a disability living in Out of Home Care. Your responsibilities encompass providing nurturing, child-centred care fostering emotional and physical well-being, alongside creating a safe environment for children to express themselves.

**At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below**:
**Week 1**
Saturday: 9am - 5pm (8 hours)
Tuesday: 7am - 11am (4 hours)

**Week 2**
Thursday: 2:30pm - 10pm (7.5 hours) & sleep over
Friday: 6:30am - 9am (2.5 hours)
Saturday: 3pm - 9pm (6 hours)
Monday: 7am - 11am (4 hours)

Fortnightly Team Meeting (2 hours)

Please note that the following compliance documents are required if successful for the role:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module certificate of completion
- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- **To be successful for this position, applicants must be qualified or be willing to be enrolled into a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention.**
