Special Counsel opening with a reputable medium size specialist construction law firm who are committed to people both internally as employees and externally as clients. They pride themselves on working collaboratively and being open and accessible to everyone.
The highly regarded National team are currently looking for a Senior Construction Lawyer interested in working across both front-end and back-end matters. The role will see you working directly with a wide variety of clients across matters including:
- Large-scale, complex litigation
- Large-scale construction and infrastructure projects
- Complex contraction and project contracts and agreements
- Advising on tenders and bids processes and compliance
- Mentoring junior staff

**The Firm**:
Award-winning boutique and high-growth law firm that exclusively specialises in Construction, Infrastructure projects and engineering. You will have access to some of the most specialised and highly awarded legal Directors in the country and have the opportunity to be an important part of a dynamic and growing firm. The opportunity to mentor Junior Lawyers and Associate Lawyers is also available.**Requirements**:
- Minimum 7-10 years PQE in Construction Law accrued in a reputable law firm with a similar client profile
- Demonstrated experience working across a wide range of Construction matters
- Experience across Front end construction matters, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build key business relationships.
- Self starter and motivated
- Friendly and approachable.
- Experience in preparing, negotiating and reviewing contractual documentation for a wide variety of complex projects
