Manager - Procure to Pay

**Your Impact**

Asahi is excited to announce that following an internal promotion, we are seeking an accomplished finance leader to take responsibility for the operational management of the organisation’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Through business service management (on & off-shore), procurement services and e2e process management and service optimisation, you will ensure that service levels and KPI delivery targets are met, optimise the business user and vendor experience and drive the continuous improvement of service delivery in the P2P process area.

**Key responsibilities**
- Support the development of the Finance and Procurement Services strategy and associated roadmap.
- Support the definition of onshore and offshore SLAs, business KPIs and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and manage adherence to agreed service quality and performance requirements, working closely with on-shore and off-shore teams to address gaps in performance.
- Work with the Process Governance team to ensure operational processes are correctly documented and maintained.
- Minimise business disruption through active forward planning with on-shore / off-shore teams.
- Maximise returns and reputation by ensuring on-time payment to vendors, customers and employees.
- Ensure compliance to Approvals Framework / DAG requirements and Procurement Policies.
- Support the execution of the Procurement Services Roadmap.
- Lead and manage the on-shore and off-shore teams, motivating and mentoring them to deliver a service that exceeds our stakeholders’ expectations.

**About You**

You’re a leader who is adaptable and capable of mentoring and leading an effective team, while managing stakeholders and relationships in a way that builds trust and connections at all levels and delivers improved service outcomes. Ideally, you have some experience or knowledge of procurement services but this is not mandatory if you’re capable of quickly acquiring this knowledge while leading your team in an effective and collaborative way. Also, you will offer:

- Tertiary qualified in Accounting or a related field.
- Outstanding communication and engagement skills coupled with a history of leading high performing and diverse teams.
- A passion for excellence and a track record of delivering on agreed service levels in a matrixed organisation.
- An acute ability to synthesise people, process and technology to deliver strong business outcomes.
