**What is involved in this role?**_

Responsibilities include personal care, cooking and preparing meals, domestic tasks, transport services and social support / assistance for clients to engage in community activities.

**Location: Claremont**

(We also have shifts available across the Perth Metro area)
- Caring and compassionate nature
- The ability to prepare and cook a variety of meals for our client
- Fluent in English (speaking and understanding)
- Understanding of disability / mental health support
- Cert III in Individual Support/Ageing/Disability or relevant experience (desirable but not essential)
- Australian Driver’s licence
- Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (we will reimburse you for this after 5 shifts)
- NDIS Orientation
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Current Manual Handling (in-house training provided)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations and current Influenza vaccination
