- 5+ Years of Experience: Extensive experience, currently working in an ACCOUNTING FIRM within Business Services, including a leadership or supervising/mentoring role.
- Self-Starter Leadership: Proven ability to manage all aspects of client tax compliance and business services obligations.
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Problem Solver
- Strong Communication
- Adaptable and Driven

As a Manager within the Business Advisory Team you will be
- Leading & Mentoring: Guide and nurture a team of talented accountants
- Proactively manage your clients’ annual compliance obligations, providing meaningful insights and solutions to both existing and future challenges.
- Oversee a diverse range of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely services while adding value through strategic advice.
- Collaborate with Managers and Directors to manage workflow effectively, supervising and supporting junior team members to achieve team performance goals.
- Undertake business advisory work that includes financial modelling, succession planning, asset sales, complex tax matters, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, offering tailored advice on business operations, tax planning, and accounting system implementations.
