About the role and about youCritical to the success of the NIISQ Agency, our General Manager Business and Advisory Services is a key member of the Senior Executive team and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and management in the delivery of cross-agency business support functions, delivering essential and value-add services to internal clients and external stakeholders.
You will engage extensively across all business areas of the organisation to strategically align, shape and influence the development of agency plans, policies, systems, services, programs and initiatives that ultimately benefit Scheme participants and the community.

About usThe National Injury Insurance Agency, Queensland (the NIISQ Agency) was established as a statutory body to administer the National Injury Insurance Scheme, Queensland (the Scheme).
The Scheme provides eligible people who sustain a serious personal injury in a motor vehicle accident in Queensland with necessary and reasonable treatment, care and support needs, irrespective of fault, in some cases for their lifetime. The Scheme is focused on participants and their specific needs, and empowering participants to achieve their goals, including maximising health and social outcomes.

An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant. The Total Remuneration Value listed against the position includes:

- executive vehicle allowance
- employer superannuation contributions
- 17.5% annual leave loading
