**Our Graduate Program**

Our award-winning is designed to prepare future leaders, technical specialists, and industry experts. If you have a university degree and are an Australian/NZ Citizen, our Graduate Program could be a great fit for you.

**Location**

Fujitsu has offices across Australia in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth. To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must be based in one of these locations when starting the program.

**The Fujitsu Graduate Experience**

Throughout the 12-month program you will:

- Be supported by a buddy from our Graduate Alumni Community.
- Take part in projects and experiences across different areas of the business.
- Have the opportunity to build your career and social network.

There are also a number of social clubs, initiatives and activities formed by employees that can assist you in strengthening and expanding your professional network. Additionally, you will be invited to join our Early Careers Mentoring Program, where a dedicated mentor will support your career development and provide valuable networking opportunities within the business.

**What you will be doing**

Graduate roles will be released at a later stage, once the initial shortlisting process is complete. These opportunities span across our business, including our technology-focused teams, Sales and Consulting, Operations, and business functions such as People & Culture and Marketing.

You dont need a technology background to join our Graduate Program - graduates from any degree or discipline are highly encouraged to apply.

**Application Process**
- Applications Open: 22nd August 2025
- Applications Close: 19th September 2025
- Online Assessment: 22nd September 2025 - 26th September 2025
- Panel Interviews: 13th October 2025 - 24th October 2025
- Final Interviews: 27th October 2025 - 31st October 2025

**Recruitment Process**

**Step Two: Aptitude Testing**You will be required to complete a timed online aptitude test which is used to measure mental reasoning ability.

**Step Three: Panel Interview**Successful applicants will be invited to attend a panel interview where you will meet with a diverse group from Fujitsu. A great opportunity to ask any questions and find out about their experiences.

**Step Four: Final Interview**You will meet with hiring managers for your graduate role. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know you better, we encourage you to share your education, relevant experience and interest in role and Fujitsu.
