Our client, a well-known pillar of the community is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join their team on a 12-month initial contract to lead their Oracle ERP implementation.

This high-profile program will have visibility across the Executive and be a key foundation for the organisation moving forward.
- 10+ years of experience delivering significant transformation programs or projects with budgets up to 20 million.
- Business transformation and Oracle implementation project experience (end to end) in complex environments.
- Well versed with Oracle ERP Cloud capabilities and challenges. (Finance, HCM, Procure-To-Pay, Hire To Retire etc)
- Extensive knowledge and experience in project delivery strategies and frameworks and the ability to manage trade-offs to deliver planned outcomes.
- Outstanding communication, engagement and influencing skills at all levels.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver business solutions and projects.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (internal/external) and vendors to drive program/project and business outcomes.
